Overall it was a good experience. As a first time buyer in Canada I has lots of questions during the process, which Bailee was pretty quick to respond, even on a Sunday.. I think we are both now a little more familiar with First time home buyer tax breaks (or lack there of in our case).. Hopefully that gets passed some day..
